Firewood Logs Delivery & Collection Information
We deliver locally loose tipped loads in our truck. It’s divided into sections so we can offer a range of load size.
Our free local delivery area is shown below. We deliver within Herefordshire outside this zone for an extra £20 fee.
Bulk Bags are available for collection from our yard and we also ship 1m3 extra large bulk bags nationally via the pallet delivery network.
Further Local Delivery Information
- Most of our deliveries are made within a few days of order, but we ask customers on the edge of our delivery area to allow us the full 7 days to pair up part loads for efficiency.
- If we haven't spoken prior to your order, we will call to arrange a suitable delivery time.
- Our aim is to deliver on dry days, starting after rush hour.
- Regular customers who are happy for us to deliver whilst they're not home, can leave a tarp out for us to cover over their logs if needed.
- Our truck can get into 99% of drives, but has to stay on a hard surface.
Collection Information
We hold a stock of firewood bulk bags and crates for customers to collect. Collection is by appointment, as we may be out on deliveries, so please call ahead of arriving.
Collections can be made 9-5pm during the week and on Saturday mornings during the autumn and winter.
We are conveniently located 2miles north of Hereford just off the A49 in Moreton on Lugg behind the Church. Church House Farm is signed, 300m from the A49 on the right before the church.
We will help you load, but customers are responsible for securing their load. Children need to stay in vehicles.
Size Guide: bulk bags can be emptied into a hatch back sized car with the rear seats down, crates can be hand loaded into vans. We can lift bulk bags into vans and onto pickup trucks or trailers. Crates can be tipped into trailers.
