On average we deliver within 2-3 working days. We guide customers about how long they should allow for delivery on the banner at the top of our website.

In peak winter season, this will extend and we'll update our website banner accordingly.

Deliveries that are further away from us normally take a bit longer to deliver than close by ones.

No, we deliver loose tipped loads with our tipper truck. This reduces the amount of plastic being used and means we can offer larger volumes and better prices.

We do have bulk bags available for collection from our yard.

It gets into 99% of drives we've found. Its 2m wide at the rear, the front wing mirrors are wider than this.

It has to stay on hardstanding though, its not an off road vehicle.

No providing we're unloading on your property. Ideally we will deliver when you're home, particularly the first time. If you're not home and you're happy to have your logs delivered whilst your out we'll do this. We can cover the logs over with a tarp that you leave out if you wish.

We aim to deliver on dry days as the logs are tipped loose. However during the winter season rain can go on for many days, most of our customers will still want their logs delivered within our promised timeframe. We always make contact prior to delivery to confirm a suitable day/time with the customer.

If your not in we can cover the logs with a tarp if you've left one out.

If a bit of rain gets on the delivered logs, you shouldn't worry. The logs are dry internally still and if stored in a covered wood store the surface moisture will soon dry.
