Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition and quantity that you received it, and in its original packaging if it was received in packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You must pay the costs of return if you are returning because you have changed your mind. We will pay the costs of return:
a) if the products are faulty or misdescribed; or
b) we have told you of an upcoming change to the product or these terms, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong;
In all other circumstances (including where you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return which is circa £50. If you are responsible for the costs of return and we are collecting the product from you, we will charge you the direct cost to us of collection.
If you are entitled to a refund under these terms, we will refund you the price you paid for the products by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described above.
We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and in any event, within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind

Refunds
If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange collection with you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
